    Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

    To qualify for a return, items must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
    • Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    If the item was sourced from a brand or manufacturer, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Jewellery: Earrings or other items worn close to the skin for hygiene reasons.
    • Customized Products: Any item personalized or tailored to your specifications.
    • Gift Cards: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Digital Products: Downloadable software or online courses.
    • Health and Personal Care Items: For safety and hygiene concerns.

    Additional Guidelines for Other Product Categories

    If you purchase products outside of our jewelry range, the following conditions apply:

    • Clothing and Accessories (e.g., Leather Jackets): Must be unworn and include original tags. Returns for sizing issues are accepted, but the customer bears the return shipping cost.
    • Watches and Electronics: Must include all original components (e.g., instruction manual, charger) and be free from scratches or damage.
    • Fragile Items: Ensure proper packaging for returns to avoid damage during transit.

    Refund Process

    1. Inspection: Upon receipt, your item will be inspected to determine eligibility.
    2. Approval/Rejection Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund request is approved.
    3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

    Partial Refunds

    Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds:

    • Products with signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (at our discretion).

    Exchanges

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at admin@glamourcove.store with details and pictures of the defect.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


    Gifts

    If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Refunds to gift givers are processed based on the original purchase details.
